Dietary needs require more than one phrase
ไม่ใส่ถั่ว means “do not add nuts/peanuts,” but Thai kitchens may use sauces, oils, garnishes, or shared equipment. กินเจ and “vegetarian” can also be interpreted differently by different restaurants.
